Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance using internal tools to identify problems and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineering to enhance tools for performance management.
  • Define success criteria and coordinate cross-functional projects.
  • Deliver on roadmap for feature groups and track project schedules.
  • Report progress against goals to organizational leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Preferred: Experience in online services performance analysis and coding.
