Responsibilities:

  • Apply AI and technical capabilities to customer feedback analysis.
  • Drive problem-first, customer-centric discovery.
  • Conduct independent research initiatives to identify recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with product and program stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience.
  • Experience with AI-enabled analysis and data science technologies.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.

Tech stack:

Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data services.
