Compensation:
CAD $142,400 - CAD $257,500/year
Responsibilities:
- Apply AI and technical capabilities to customer feedback analysis.
- Drive problem-first, customer-centric discovery.
- Conduct independent research initiatives to identify recurring issues.
- Collaborate with product and program stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience.
- Experience with AI-enabled analysis and data science technologies.
- Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
