Program Manager Lead, Performance Marketing

This role is based in Los Angeles, CA.

Compensation:

$145,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Create partnerships with Performance Marketers, Brand Marketers, and internal Creative teams.
  • Drive the development and optimization of performance assets for integrated campaigns.
  • Translate data and testing into roadmap planning and creative optimization.
  • Manage external agency partnerships and cross-functional stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate project workflows and manage budgets for performance marketing initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of client-facing experience in a creative agency or equivalent role.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and organizational design.
  • High data and testing literacy in performance marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with large-scale integrated campaigns and creative channels.
