Compensation:
$145,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Create partnerships with Performance Marketers, Brand Marketers, and internal Creative teams.
- Drive the development and optimization of performance assets for integrated campaigns.
- Translate data and testing into roadmap planning and creative optimization.
- Manage external agency partnerships and cross-functional stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate project workflows and manage budgets for performance marketing initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of client-facing experience in a creative agency or equivalent role.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and organizational design.
- High data and testing literacy in performance marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with large-scale integrated campaigns and creative channels.
