Brand Marketing Manager, Company Marketing

Compensation:

$152,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Marketing Lead to develop marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Build compelling business cases connecting brand relevance to measurable business impact.
  • Own and execute cross-functional projects including campaigns and partnerships.
  • Orchestrate the marketing development journey from ideation to reporting.
  • Identify gaps in systems and workflows, designing solutions for efficiency.
  • Connect cross-functional partners and ensure teams have the right information.
  • Use data and insights to ground projects and drive accountability.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing or brand management.
  • Proven track record leading complex marketing projects.
  • Experience collaborating with leadership and stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mix of in-house and agency experience.
  • Experience with established and challenger brands.
  • Track record of identifying opportunities and driving them to execution.
