Compensation:
$152,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Marketing Lead to develop marketing strategies and tactics.
- Build compelling business cases connecting brand relevance to measurable business impact.
- Own and execute cross-functional projects including campaigns and partnerships.
- Orchestrate the marketing development journey from ideation to reporting.
- Identify gaps in systems and workflows, designing solutions for efficiency.
- Connect cross-functional partners and ensure teams have the right information.
- Use data and insights to ground projects and drive accountability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree.
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing or brand management.
- Proven track record leading complex marketing projects.
- Experience collaborating with leadership and stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mix of in-house and agency experience.
- Experience with established and challenger brands.
- Track record of identifying opportunities and driving them to execution.
