This role is based in Waterloo, ON, Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues and ensure product readiness and availability.
- Triage technical escalations and troubleshoot customer-reported issues.
- Advocate for customer needs with internal teams to improve Google Cloud products.
- Provide 24-hour customer support, potentially including non-standard hours.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in customer advocacy, troubleshooting, or software development.
- Experience with Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and web technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in crisis response and public cloud services.
- Knowledge of data analytics and big data applications.
