Compensation:

$227,000-$320,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and lead complex, multi-year strategic programs in networking infrastructure.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Apply technical knowledge to make critical trade-offs in high-scale networking domains.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management.
  • 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management, focusing on data center or cloud infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certification in program or project management (e.g., PgMP, PMP).
  • Master's degree in a related technical field.
  • Experience with data center networking architecture and operations.
