Compensation:

$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Design Team responsible for the back-end of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) service consoles.
  • Contribute to product strategy and help develop your team.
  • Guide Software Engineers in navigating their careers while building infrastructure for GCP's internal developers.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience building web applications.
  • 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience working in a global organization.
  • 3 years of experience with Angular.
  • Experience using AI products or platforms.
