About the job:

As the Strategic Program Manager, you will ensure organizational alignment and momentum amidst shifts in business priorities. You will lead and orchestrate a portfolio of high-impact programs that drive core objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy development and translate business needs into strategic programs.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and control processes for data center activities.
  • Establish and manage the program governance structure.
  • Track and report on the realization of planned strategic benefits.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely decision-making.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with supply chain planning and strategy.
  • Experience in Product Development or Product Lifecycle Management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with mission-critical facilities and integrated lifecycle management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
