Responsibilities:
- Develop deployment plans and fulfillment strategies for machine delivery.
- Communicate program health, status, and actions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across organizational levels to improve efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Work with cross-functional partners to design automation needs.
- Oversee execution and troubleshoot issues.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a technical field.
- 6 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations.
- 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
