Compensation:

$126,000-$181,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Develop demand forecasts and establish best methods for supply forecasts.
  • Present recommendations to leadership and drive timely decisions.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis of demand ramps against supply chain capabilities.
  • Drive mitigation actions and prioritization with procurement teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with supply or demand planning.
  • Experience with network infrastructure or data centers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with technical programs and hardware teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
