Program Manager, Global Demand and Supply Reconciliation

This role is based in Guadalajara, Mexico with onsite client-facing work required.

Responsibilities:

• Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs.
• Establish a reliable cadence for program reviews and decision-making.
• Lead a governance structure for effective executive decision-making.
• Define and manage a program portfolio with high business impact.
• Build alliances with cross-organization stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with Demand/Supply Planning and ERP Systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience with manufacturing and supply chain management.
• Experience in the technology industry.
