Program Manager, Formats In Auction Supply Chain

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland or Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Track Purchase Order (PO) deviations and manage high-priority escalations for Long-Lead Materials (LLM).
• Manage the virtual inventory pipeline and ensure 'Just-In-Time' delivery.
• Review upcoming deliveries to mitigate schedule risks.
• Lead bi-weekly calls with vendors and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Track KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and relay critical escalations to leadership.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, construction, project management, or relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Experience with data analysis and KPI generation.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience with Python and managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
