Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle from requirements gathering to launch.
  • Conduct user and agent research, analyze behavior, and leverage data to identify pain points.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Research, and Operations teams for smooth execution.
  • Define key success metrics and monitor performance to improve user outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience with Generative AI or Agentic AI products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working closely with engineering on infrastructure design.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting to executive leadership.
