Compensation:

$137,000-$201,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies for improving efficiency for campaign operations.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market, Growth, and Product Marketing teams on global campaign activation priorities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to uphold platform governance and ensure effective in-product marketing.
  • Lead marketing requirements for new platform capabilities and support marketing adoption.
  • Drive data-backed insights of platform performance and present findings to executive leadership.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing, growth, or related functions, including 2 years in SQL modeling.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with media campaign execution and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to set goals and prioritize initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent process and project management skills.
