Compensation:

$175,100 - $236,900/year

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Security Engineers and Technical Program Managers for Application Security of Amazon's Generative AI services.

Drive strategic initiatives in AI security, influence leadership, and collaborate with AI/ML teams.

Mentor team members and develop their skills while addressing emerging security threats.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of managing and developing teams experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • Knowledge of web services security, cryptography, and network security protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with GenAI security challenges
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and deployment pipelines
